Nine times out of ten it is weak WiFi or a captive-portal network. Move to a stable connection, restart the phone, try again. If it says the plan is already in use, check SIM manager — the profile may already be installed.

A profile installs once. Delete it from the first device and reinstall from My eSIMs, where the code is reissued.

Check two switches: mobile data assigned to the Agora line, and data roaming on for that same line. Roaming left off is our single most common ticket.

Turn its mobile data off so it cannot quietly roam and bill you. Leave the line itself on if you want to keep receiving calls and texts.
