Can I use the same eSIM for a day trip to Monaco?

A France eSIM covers mainland France; Monaco is a separate territory. For a short border hop you may catch French signal near the frontier, but for reliable data across Monaco a regional Europe plan is the safer choice.

Is my phone eSIM compatible?

iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+ and most phones from 2018 onwards support eSIM. Go to Settings → About — if you see an EID number, you are compatible.

Can I keep my regular number?

Yes — our plans are data only. Your regular SIM stays active for calls and SMS. You stay reachable on your usual number while your eSIM handles data abroad.

How many eSIMs can I have?

Most phones store up to 5-10 eSIM profiles but only one can be active for data at a time. You can switch between them anytime in your phone settings.

How do I install my eSIM?

After purchase, find your QR code in your confirmation email or in My eSIMs. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Scan QR code. You need WiFi for installation.

When should I activate my eSIM?

Install it before you leave — it only needs WiFi. Switch it as your data line only when you arrive at your destination. Your plan starts automatically at first local network connection.

Do I need to enable data roaming?

Yes — enable data roaming for your eSIM Agora line in Settings → Mobile Data → select your eSIM → Data Roaming on. Without this, your eSIM cannot connect to local networks abroad.

You get a set amount of high-speed data each day (e.g. 1 GB/day). Once you've used that daily quota, you keep browsing at reduced speed (1 Mbps) — never cut off. Every day, your high speed starts fresh.

What's the difference between Unlimited and fixed GB plans?

Fixed (e.g. 5 GB/30 days): one total amount of data to manage over the whole period, at full speed until it runs out. Unlimited: a daily quota that renews, so you're never completely out. Ideal if you'd rather not track your usage, or if you're staying a while.
