Yes — our plans are data only. Your regular SIM stays active for calls and SMS. You stay reachable on your usual number while your eSIM handles data abroad.

Most phones store up to 5-10 eSIM profiles but only one can be active for data at a time. You can switch between them anytime in your phone settings.

Your plan starts at your first network connection at destination — not at purchase. Install at home, travel freely, your days only count when you actually use it abroad.

Yes — all our plans include hotspot at no extra cost. Share your connection with your laptop or tablet directly from your phone settings.

Single country plans work in one country only. If you visit multiple destinations, check our regional plans — Europe covers 35 countries, Asia 21, Worldwide 118 and more.

Yes — you can top up your plan at any time from My eSIMs. Important: top up before your plan expires, as top-ups cannot be applied to expired plans.

After purchase, find your QR code in your confirmation email or in My eSIMs. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Scan QR code. You need WiFi for installation.

Install it before you leave — it only needs WiFi. Switch it as your data line only when you arrive at your destination. Your plan starts automatically at first local network connection.

Yes — enable data roaming for your eSIM Agora line in Settings → Mobile Data → select your eSIM → Data Roaming on. Without this, your eSIM cannot connect to local networks abroad.

Make sure you are on WiFi. Each QR code works only once — if already scanned, go to My eSIMs to reinstall. Still not working? Contact us at support@esimagora.com and we will fix it quickly.
