By using eSIM Agora, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Our Service

eSIM Agora provides instant eSIM data plans for international travelers across 150+ countries. Our eSIMs are delivered digitally — no physical SIM card is required.

Eligibility

You must own an eSIM-compatible device to use our service. Please check our compatibility list before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you confirm your device supports eSIM technology.

Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (Euros)

Payments are processed securely via our payment partner

You will receive your QR code by email within minutes of successful payment

Refund Policy

Activated eSIMs: once the QR code has been scanned, no refund is possible

Unactivated eSIMs: a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase

Technical issues: if your eSIM fails to activate due to our error, we will provide a full refund or a replacement

User Responsibilities

Ensure your device is eSIM compatible before purchasing

You are responsible for activating your eSIM correctly following our installation guide

We are not responsible for network coverage in specific geographic areas

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your eSIM plan

We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses

Intellectual Property

All content on eSIM Agora — including text, logos, and design — is our exclusive property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes.
